External Notifications

Temperstack supports external notifications from PagerDuty and Opsgenie. If you already use PagerDuty or Opsgenie for notifications, you can seamlessly integrate these services with Temperstack.

Note: From PagerDuty, Temperstack fetches services, and from Opsgenie, it fetches teams.

To change the primary notification channel from Temperstack to PagerDuty or Opsgenie:

1. Navigate to Admin > Manage Organization > Change Primary Notification Channel.

2. Select either PagerDuty or Opsgenie as your primary notification channel.

To rescan and fetch the latest teams and services from PagerDuty or Opsgenie:

• Navigate to the top menu.

• Go to External Notifications.

• Select either PagerDuty Services or Opsgenie Teams.

• Click on the Rescan button in the top-right corner. And the latest teams and services are shown in the list below.
