Integration of Pagerduty

Following are the steps to integrate Pagerduty notification and use in Temperstack System:

  1. Navigate to Integrations > API Access Keys.

  1. Click on Create new API key.

  1. Enter a suitable description.

  2. Leave the Read-only API Key checkbox UNCHECKED.

  3. Click on Create Key.

  1. Copy the API Key.

Then,

  1. Login and navigate to the Temperstack dashboard > Admin (top right corner) > Integrations.

  1. Navigate to PagerDuty under Notification Channels.

  1. Use the copied API key in the UI.

  2. After pasting the API key, click on Save button.

  1. After the saving process, in the integrations view (admin -> Integrations), you will see the Pagerduty icon annotated with "Integrated".
